I am looking at adopting scrum methodology with immediate effect starting from tomorrow and I will be acting as the SCRUM Master. The  development Team will comprise of James, Fatima and Florence, with James acting as the Lead Developer. You guys should hold a meeting and determine how you want to split the roles base on your areas of strength.
